Linda's Biography & Career History
With a well – established connection to her community, Linda is active with several organizations and, since 2011, a founding sponsor for St. Petersburg College’s (SPC) “Business Plan and Elevator Pitch Competition.” She judges the preliminary competition and mentors SPC entrepreneurship students, which often starts before their business plans and elevator speeches are submitted and students are selected for the competition. Over the past ten years, Linda has presented and sat on panels at SPC – Seminole. “Think, Plan, Believe” is one of her many presentations through the years.
With a wealth of experience dating back to 1990, Linda Goldfarb has been an integral part of the real estate landscape in the Tampa Bay area. Actively engaged in professional organizations such as the Pinellas Realtor® Organization and Central Pasco Realtor® Organization (PRO/CPRO), Linda’s commitment shines through her facilitation of the monthly Real Estate Mastermind Group of Tampa Bay for over a decade. She has held notable roles, including chairing the Public Policy Committee in 2022 and serving as a mediator for the Professional Standards Committee. Linda’s dedication extends to the Florida Realtors Board of Directors, where she actively contributes her insights and has served on various committees, including the Forms Committee.
Beyond her involvement in the real estate sector, Linda is a longstanding member of both the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce since 2007 and the Seminole Chamber of Commerce since 2008, further demonstrating her commitment to the local business community.
Linda graduated with a BA in Business and Finance from the University of South Florida and holds a State of Florida Real Estate Broker’s license and several national designations, including the C.I.P.S. Designation. Linda has been an active community volunteer for over 30 years and has served on many boards. She and her husband have live d in the greater Seminole area for over 30 years. They have two grown sons, two daughters – in – law, and two grandchildren – who are the light of her life.
